| Ladera Community Church Preschool Staff We are extremely proud of the staff of Ladera Community Church Preschool. Most of our teachers have been with us for over a decade. Each class has at least two fully accredited teachers. The consistency, continuity and talent of the teachers in our program is one of the things that sets LCC Preschool apart from other schools. Our teachers are specialists in early childhood development, and focus on teaching the whole child in a safe, nurturing environment. Our children gain self-confidence and self-esteem, and learn conflict resolution and the fundamental building blocks of learning. |
| Ladera Community Church Preschool Board of Directors The preschool is governed by a voluntary board comprised of Ladera Community Church members and parent representatives. The board operates independently of the church but has representation on the LCC Church Council. |
